Nicholas M. Mai is a board certificed nurse practitioner who works exclusively with Dr. Bruce Holladay and Dr. Nicholas Gates. Nicholas received his nursing degree from Northern Kentucky University in 2001. He worked for St. Elizabeth Healthcare (formerly St. Elizabeth Medical Centers and St. Luke Hospitals) as an emergency room nurse until he earned his master's degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of Cincinnati in 2008.
