Dr. Bruce R. Holladay graduated from the Medical College of Toledo and completed his general and orthopaedic residency at Akron City Hospital. He completed a year of fellowship training in sports medicine and arthroscopic surgery with the Bone and Joint Institute at The Christ Hospital in Cincinnati, OH. He is certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons. Dr. Holladay has been a member of Commonwealth Orthopaedic Centers since 1993.
Dr. Holladay served as a team physician for the 2007 Pan American Games USA men’s and women’s basketball teams in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. He has also served as a USOC team physician at the United States Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, CO. For the past sixteen years, he has been the team physician for a few high school teams in Northern Kentucky. He is an active member of the Arthroscopy Association of North America and the American College of Sports Medicine. Dr. Holladay performs his surgeries at St. Elizabeth Healthcare facilities.
Dr. Holladay specializes in knee, shoulder and elbow, as well as sports medicine.
