JENNIFER HENSLEY, APRN

Jennifer Hensley, APRN is a board certified nurse practitioner working alongside Dr. Forest Heis, who specializes in sports medicine, and knee & shoulder surgery. They see patients at our Florence and Highland Heights (NKU) locations.

Education & Training

• Associate of Applied Science – Northern Kentucky University, Nursing 
• Bachelor of Science – Northern Kentucky University, Nursing
• Master’s Degree – Northern Kentucky University, Adult Nurse Practitioner 

Prior Experience: Jennifer worked at St. Elizabeth for nineteen years where she was a registered nurse in the cardiac telemetry unit before moving to the surgical department. She also spent some time as a surgical assistant.

• Dr. Heis serves as the Team Physician for Northern Kentucky University (NKU). He is also the Medical Director of the Athletic Training & Sports Medicine Program at NKU.
