We regret to inform you that despite our best efforts to negotiate our contract with Aetna Healthcare, we now find we are unable to come to terms. Effective November 1, 2006 Commonwealth Orthopaedic Centers terminated our formal contractual relationship. We will be very happy to continue providing services to you on an out-of-network basis but you may find that you have a different deductible or payment schedule than if you were to utilize in-network physicians. Please contact Aetna for the specifics regarding your policy. If you wish to transfer your care to another provider, we understand and we will make your records available to them with your signed release.
