Dr. Matthew T. DesJardins graduated from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan and completed his Family Practice Residency at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. He is certified by the American Board of Family Practice. Dr. DesJardins is fellowship trained in Primary Care Sports Medicine and holds a Certificate of Added Qualifications in Sports Medicine. He has experience treating athletes from grade school to professional levels. He served as a physician for the 2002 Winter Games in Salt Lake City and as a team physician at the University of Utah. He has been a member of the practice since 2004.
