G. Avery Kondik is a certified physician assistant who works exclusively with Dr. John J. Larkin, orthopaedic surgeon, in all aspects of orthopaedic medicine including preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative care of adult reconstruction, worker’s compensation, trauma, and sports medicine patients.

Avery received his baccalaureate degree in sports medicine from Marshall University in 1995. He completed his physician assistant certification from Kettering College of Medical Arts in 2000. Avery earned his masters degree from the University of Nebraska, specializing in orthopaedic surgery in 2003. He is currently a clinical preceptor for the Kettering College of Medical Arts (KCMA) and part time professor at Northern Kentucky University.
